How does the process work? In regards to getting the blue card signed and all?Thank you for your question regarding the process for obtaining the blue card. Here’s a detailed breakdown: Online Zoom Session: Scouts participate in an initial Zoom session where they will begin working on the merit badge requirements. Ongoing Requirements: After the Zoom session, scouts have up to 6 months to complete the remaining requirements using our online classroom. Submission and Review: Once all requirements are completed, scouts submit their work through our platform. Blue Card Issuance: If everything is in order, we will review the submissions and provide the signed blue card. We aim to make the process straightforward and supportive, ensuring scouts have ample time and resources to complete their requirements. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions!

Why pay for this? The reason for paying for the merit badge sessions is to cover the expenses associated with the website, Zoom, marketing, and course development. It's important to note that the merit badge counselors do not financially benefit from teaching these courses. The motivation behind offering these sessions was during the COVID-19 pandemic to address the lack of availability in many areas and to help Scouts in need. The counselors have full-time jobs and want to support Scouts while juggling their personal and professional responsibilities. We hope this clarifies any concerns you may have.
