DATES: Feb 23rd Class Length: 1 day for 2hrs We will have more sessions in March to be posted on Feb 16th. THERE ARE PREREQUISITES THAT MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE SESSION. Step 1: Complete the Pre-Work Use the following link to access the Family Life Online Classroom: https://form.jotform.com/232885795023162 This form contains all the pre-work requirements. Submit the completed form at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. IMPORTANT: Prior to registering, the Scout should have a discussion with their unit leader to obtain approval to participate.

**Merit Badge Session Policies** To ensure compliance with updated guidelines and maintain the interactive and engaging nature of our merit badge sessions, the following policies will be implemented: 1. Camera-On Policy **Camera Requirement**: - All Scouts must have their cameras on during the entire merit badge session. **No Exceptions**: - If a Scout does not have their camera on or does not have access to a functioning camera, they will not be allowed to participate in the session. **Rescheduling and Fees**: - Parents/guardians will be responsible for rebooking and paying for a new session if their Scout is unable to comply with the camera-on requirement. **Purpose**: - This policy is designed to ensure Scouts actively participate in discussions and meet the interactive standards required for merit badge completion. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy **Rescheduling or Cancelling a Session**: - To reschedule or cancel a scheduled merit badge session, you must do so at least *4 days in advance* using the app provided at this link: [http://wix.to/38CABtM?ref=cl](http://wix.to/38CABtM?ref=cl). **Late Cancellations**: - Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 4 days before the session will not be accommodated, and you will be responsible for rebooking and paying for a new session.
